What Senken is
Senken is an independent advisory practice. We advise boards and senior teams on AI and the technology around it, and we don’t sell software or carry a product, so nothing pulls the advice towards a particular answer.
We take one problem at a time, the one actually worth solving, and bring to it the patterns we have seen play out across many organisations. Independence and pattern together are what make the advice worth having.
The experience behind the advice
Senken’s people have spent their careers at the centre of large-scale technology, not watching it from the outside. The practice was built to bring that experience to boards directly, in terms they can act on.
The experience is senior and current. The patterns we bring to a board come from real, present-day practice in how large organisations adopt AI, which is what lets us say what tends to work, what tends to break, and why.

- Not a lecture. AI is our domain and we treat you as a peer. When something needs explaining, we do it plainly, never talking down.
- Not alarmist. We name risk and put it in context. We never inflate it for effect.
